Cycle Vision is Redbridge Cycling Centres programme to deliver coaching to all riders and abilities and includes Learn to Ride, British Cycling's Go-ride, Strider balance bikes, holiday programmes, and adapted bike usage for disabled groups schemes.
Cycle Vision aims to encourage learning, personal development, equality and access, by promoting and delivering cycle coaching to all areas of the community. These aims comply with, and are an intrinsic part, of Visions core values.
|Our overall aspiration is to improve the health, happiness and energy levels of all participating customers, as part of a healthy living lifestyle – that is accessible to everyone in the community. Regular cyclists enjoy a fitness level equal to that of a person ten years younger. The Centre has 4 British Cycling qualified coaches that are qualified to deliver coaching for all abilities from novice riders to competitive cyclists in the fields of road racing, MTB and BMX.|

Learn to Ride!
The centre offers learn to ride coaching for all ages from 6 upwards and including adults. In the last year the centre has taught over 400 people how to ride and it is never too late to learn! Sessions can be booked according to your schedule and are £27.00 for 1 hour, which includes a bike, helmet and instruction. Most people pick up the basics of riding within the hour and do not require any further sessions, however the centre can also provide follow up sessions or refreshers if required. Please note that these lessons are very popular and there is a big demand especially in the summer so there may be a waiting list or a delay of a few weeks before we can deliver a lesson. Improve Your Cycling
The Cycling Centre can also help cyclists to develop their skills, improve their performance or work towards a long term goal with either one-off coaching sessions or a coaching plan. The Centre has a British Cycling Level 3 coach on site that can help you improve your cycling by delivering coaching on techniques, skills, equipment or helping with a specific cycling target in the future. Please contact the centre by email here or on 020 85009359 for more information.
We run various cycle clubs for younger riders at the Centre. We run our Redbridge BMX club for the London Youth Games. For further details on this club please contact the centre. There is also the Lee Valley Youth Cycling Club which meet here on Saturdays which is club run by parents and Volunteers and caters for all types of riding from ages 6 upwards www.lvycc.co.uk
