POWERBOATING


Fairlop Outdoor Activity Centre can offer a combined RYA level 1 & 2  Inland powerboat certificate which covers two days.

Courses are run using a 5 metre RIB which is fully equipped with modern navifationalaids and VHF radios. Personal buoyancy and wet weather clothing can also be supplied.

The course covers both slow and high speed manoeuvres and are successful completion of the course the International Certification of Competence can be applied for from the RYA.

The courses normally between 09.00 and 16.00 on both days and are arranged throughout the year depending on the demand.

The Course costs £180.00. This includes notes, logbook and the certificate.

Event description:

Your RYA Instructor will introduce you to 3 types of powerboat and you and your friend will learn to drive and control the boats for 2 hours of fun and instruction.
