The PaddlePower scheme is a fun introduction to canoeing and kayaking. Based on a log book with a series of challenges, completion of the first book (Passport) is seen as the equivalent to an adult’s 1 Star award. If a young person has already completed their Passport then we can help them make their way through the tougher Discover book. Splash! On all the days where we are running a young persons’ course in the morning, we will be running an afternoon Splash! session. These sessions are all about having fun out on the water and the activity will vary from day to day. The Splash! sessions run 14.15 to 16.15 and cost £15 a session.
If you would like your child to stay at the centre between a morning course and a Splash! session then send them with a packed lunch and we can supervise them in the lunch break at a cost of £2.50 a day.
