Fitness sessions for 11-15 year olds

Vision’s Youth Fitness sessions provide you with the perfect opportunity to train and workout with professional Fitness Instructors.

Taking place in either The Gym or The Studio, the one hour long session is circuit based and will incorporate a number of different fitness techniques including free weights, Cardio-Vascular machines and Boxercise.

All Youth Fitness users must complete and return our  Registration/Health Screen Form and Parental Consent Form before being allowed to train.

Sessions run at Fullwell Cross Leisure Centre, South Woodford Library & Gym and Wanstead Leisure Centre.

Fullwell Cross Leisure Centre

 Tuesdays  4.30pm - 5.30pm                                                      Thursdays 4.30pm - 5.30pm

South Woodford Library & Gym

 Mondays   4.30pm - 5.30pm                                                      Thursdays  4.30pm - 5.30pm                                                      Saturdays   1.30pm - 2.30pm                                                        Sundays    12.00pm - 1.00pm

Wanstead Leisure Centre

 Tuesdays   4.00pm - 5.00pm & 5.00pm - 6.00pm                           Thursdays  4.00pm - 5.00pm & 5.00pm - 6.00pm                        Saturdays  1.00pm - 2.00pm                                                        Sundays    1.00pm - 2.00pm
