Youth Fitness

Classes for 11-16 year olds


Tuesdays and Thursdays
4 .30pm - 5.30pm




Youth fitness sessions provide you with the perfect opportunity to train with professional fitness instructors and work out.

Taking place in our dance studio the hour long session is curcuit based and will incorporate a number of different fitness techniques including free weights and boxercise.




All youth fitness users must complete a medical questionaire and a parental consent form before being allowed to train.

For further details about this fantastic scheme that along with the free swimming for under 16s is helping our younger members of the community get and stay fit while enjoying exercise, please contact Fullwell reception on the contact details to the right of this pageor download the this attachment and send via post or bring into the centre so an induction can be booked before you use the sessions
