Below are details of the activities available through the Sport and Health Team in Redbridge.

Weekly leisure activities including badminton, keep fit, short mat bowls, yoga, pilates and many more activities to choose from.
 
 


Walking
 - Walking is a great way of keeping active. It improves your fitness levels, and it also provides other health benefits including mental and physical wellbeing. The Redbrdige Walking for Health programme is free and are led by trained and committed walk leaders who are also fully qualified First Aiders.

Would you like to become a Walk Leader? Walk leaders are friendly and welcoming and responsible for delivering our weekly walks. If you are interested in becoming a Walk Leader, please contact the Sport & Health team and we will inform you of when the next course is taking place. The course is free for those who wish to be a volunteer walk leader for our scheme.
