Michelle can provide advice and support to disabled people about how to become engaged in sport and physical activity as well as how to get involved in disability and inclusion events and initiatives. Michelle can also assist talented young people with a financial scholarship through the Talent Redbridge scheme and how to get active through the healthy lifestyle programme.

Jenny can assist with organising physical activity sessions which are not “sport” focused. A lot of these sessions aim to improve people’s health. This might include helping people lose weight or help them move towards increasing their physical activity level.
Jenny also works closely with the Public Health team and the council to prevent long term health issues through physical activity.

Craigie-Lee will be developing Athletics and Running within the Borough and can provide support on local links to Athletics Clubs and activities. If you are interested in running, jogging or trying something new, get in touch.
