Sport in Your Community > inco_sportsteam.html

Most of us know how important it is to be fit and healthy and that we can benefit from leading an active lifestyle!

In order to help the residents of Redbridge to become more active the Sport & Health Team offers a variety of activities and initiatives in your local community.

Being active isn’t necessarily just about sport, it is also about participating in activities, such as walking or dancing so no matter how old or inactive you are, we have something for everyone.

Your Sport & Health Team are here to provide you with support and advice.

Please contact us on the below details if you have any questions.
