Volunteering in sport is vital in order to deliver services and activities in the community.
Volunteering helps to create opportunities and changes many people’s lives as well as shaping communities for the future. Volunteering gives you the chance to ‘give something back to the community’.
Many activities would not remain sustainable or manageable without the help of those individuals that provide their time.

Are you an existing or new volunteer and would like to improve your knowledge and gain further qualifications? The Sport & Health Team can help assist you with access to free or subsidised courses and training.

- Equity in your coaching
- First aid
- Inclusive coaching cisability
- Walk leader training
- Umpiring, referring and official courses
- Sport specific level 1 & level 2 qualifications
