Loxford Leisure Centre is a dual use community facility. Shared with Loxford School of Science & Technology, the leisure centre opens at 5.30pm during term time and all day at weekends and during school holidays.
The centre boasts a newly refurbished 25-metre pool for exercise, fun and learning. There is also a 4 court sports hall which will be available for badminton court hire, whole hall hire and a range of other activities still to be programmed. Outside the centre offers an all weather flood lit pitch which can be hired either as a whole pitch or just half, there are also several Multi Use Games Areas (MUGAs) which can also be hired for activities such as basketball.

Badminton Courts can be booked up to 2 days in advance, court prices are £10.10 per hour for up to 4 players or £7.50 if all players are under 18yrs. There are limited racquets available to hire at reception. To book a court please contact us.
Junior Badminton Coaching We are running junior badminton coaching courses for 8-16 yr olds every Sunday from 9am-11am. Please contact the centre for more information or to book a place.
Swimming The swimming pool is open to the public at a variety of times, details of our current programme is available here. All swimmers must wear appropriate swimwear, more information on this can be viewed here.
Swimming Lessons We run our successful Swim Vision programme at Loxford Leisure Centre, this includes children's, adults and women only lessons. More information can be viewed here. Women Only Swimming We run women only and women & children only swimming sessions. The pool hall at Loxford is enclosed with no external viewing and we will be providing female lifeguards during these sessions. The times of these sessions can be seen here.
Due to popularity, the Wednesday women only sessions will be running as 3 separate sessions. The first will start at 6.30pm, then 7.30pm and finally 8.30pm, there will be limited spaces in each.
