Vision’s Youth Fitness sessions provide you with the perfect opportunity to train and workout with professional Fitness Instructors.

Taking place in The Gym, the one hour long session is circuit based and will incorporate a number of different fitness techniques including Cardio-Vascular machines and Boxercise.

All Youth Fitness users must complete and return our  Registration/Health Screen Form and Parental Consent Form before being allowed to train.

Please return your completed form by post, or hand it in at the Reception at South Woodford Gym, so an induction can be booked before you begin.
