Wanstead Leisure Centre has
a state of the art Fitness Suite with Life Fitness cardio and resistance
equipment, also with a free weights area. Anyone wishing to use
the Fitness Suite must undertake an induction with one of our qualified
instructors. Users must be aged over 16 years. Discounts are
available for corporate groups, please ask reception for details.
