Wanstead Leisure Centre is a popular venue that is well-used by sports clubs and fitness enthusiasts with a selection of events and special offers that take place across the year.

There is a Multi Purpose Sports Hall that can accomodate 5 badminton courts, volleyball, basketball, netball and 5-a-side football, 4 Squash Courts, a Fitness Suite which is fully equipped with cardiovascular machines and resistance machinery plus a Gymnasium that is suitable for aerobics, martial arts, and gymnastics.

Membership
Unlike private facilities you do not have to be a member to use any of our centres. You can use any of our centres on a pay and play basis. However, if you are using the centres on a regular basis you could save money with one of our membership packages. For details visit our Membership section.

Fitness Suite
There is a wide range of CV and resistence equipment including bikes, treadmills, rowers, steppers and fixed workout stations. To use the Fitness Suite you must complete an induction showing you correct positions and techniques to operate equipment.

We also operate a Junior Gym 12-15yrs, Tuesday & Thursdays 4pm-5pm and 5pm-6pm and Saturday & Sunday 1pm-2pm. First session and Induction £10.00, each session £3.50. Sessions should be booked in advance.

Fitness Classes
There are a wide range of classes that are available through the week at different times. There is no need to book, just turn up and take part to get and keep fit. For timetable and other information Click Here

Five-a-side Football Court
The five-a-side football indoor pitch can be booked at the price of £57.50 per hour session (subject to availability)

Racquet Sports
