Wanstead Fitness Suite
Wanstead Leisure Centre has a state of the art Fitness Suite with Life Fitness cardio and resistance equipment, also with a free weights area. Anyone wishing to use the Fitness Suite must undertake an induction with one of our qualified instructors. Users must be aged over 16 years. Discounts are available for corporate groups, please ask reception for details.

Fitness Classes

We have a wide range of fitness classes available throughout the week to help you get and keep fit and healthy.

There are classes for all with some running in the mornings and others running after work to allow everybody the chance to make the most of the classes available at the centre

**Each session is limited to 12 places

All classes: There's no need to book, just come along.
